Emergency Callout Response Services
Synchronised Power & Energy Solutions provides inside working hours and outside hours emergency response services. UPS maintenance contract clients are provided with a dedicated contact number to provide 24/7 technical support from one of our power engineers. Site visits can be made on request on the same day or as part of a preventative maintenance visit.
UPS Preventative Maintenance Visits
Annual maintenance visits are critical to the continuous operation of an uninterruptible power supply. Our clients typically run 24/7 operations and our engineers provide UPS preventative maintenance visits inside or outside working hours.
As part of a PM visit our power engineers will check the batteries, fans and capacitors and provide a comprehensive report on the overall health of your UPS system. Thermal imaging can be used to identify ‘hot spots’ and additional battery testing provided as required using hand-held battery testers and load banks.

For clients looking to have a fixed response time within their UPS maintenance we can offer a ‘Diamond’ level service. For some sites, faster response times up to 2 clock hours may be available dependent upon the distance from the site of a UPS maintenance engineer or service depot.
